Get in touch
Write and I'll tell you, with no commitment, whether your case fits. If it doesn't, I'll say so.
There is no form, and that is on purpose: a form would collect data about you, and this site collects none.
What helps to include in the first email
None of this is mandatory. The first item is enough for a useful answer.
What you want to build, or already built
An internal search, an assistant over case files, a copilot for the team. Knowing what is failing or about to start is enough.
What kind of documents they are
Case files, contracts, policies, reports. And their format, if you know it.
How large the archive is, even roughly
"A few thousand PDFs" is a perfectly valid answer at this point.
What happens next
-
I reply saying whether it fits
With the reason. If the corpus isn't in Spanish or the work isn't document-based, I say so in that same email and don't make you waste a meeting.
-
A short conversation
Fifteen minutes to see which sample makes sense and what you expect from the report.
-
Scope in writing before anything is touched
Which folder, how many pages, what is left out. And, if you want, a test run in front of whoever looks after your systems.
If you write to me, I will use your address and your message only to reply to you. The details are in the privacy policy (in Spanish), linked in the footer.
