Three steps, and the first one is for deciding whether there is a second

They are not sold separately or bundled. Each is proposed when the previous one has shown it is needed, with a measured figure and not an impression.

Step 1Available

The scan

€950up to 1,000 pages · 24-48 hours

Measures the real state of your archive: how much is unreadable to an AI, how much personal data is inside and how it will be chunked. It is the diagnosis, and the only thing you need to buy to know whether the rest is worth it.

Step 2From January 2027

The setup

from €6,500from €5,550 after deducting the scan · 4-6 weeks

Fixes what the scan found: OCR for scanned pages, duplicates removed, personal data pseudonymised and the corpus chunked and ready to ingest. It ends with a second report that measures the before and the after.

Step 3From January 2027

The monitoring

€350/monthno lock-in · requires the setup

Corpora rot: every month, documents arrive that nobody prepares. A monthly pass over what is new, a drift bulletin and an alert when a metric crosses a threshold.

Why this order and not another

Because the second step costs seven times the first, and nobody should sign it without data. The scan exists precisely so that the decision to do the setup, or not to, is made with figures from your archive.

If the scan comes out clean, I tell you and that's the end of it. A healthy archive doesn't need a setup, and selling you one would be exactly what this business exists not to do.

When it is needed, the scan fee is deducted from the setup: €6,500 − €950 = €5,550. The diagnosis is never paid for twice.

What none of the three is

Building the AI assistant

Preparing the corpus and delivering a working RAG are different things. If you need it, it is another project with another number. The setup quote is not stretched to fit it in.
