How the work runs
From sample to report in 24-48 hours. The only thing that takes your time is the first step, and that is deliberate: you decide which documents this analysis touches.
-
You choose the sample
The folder or case file you consider least sensitive. It doesn't need to be representative of the whole archive: it needs to be real. A sample picked to look good produces a report that is useless for deciding anything.
-
We agree the scope in writing
Which folder, how many pages, which formats and what is left out. If part of the material falls outside what the tool can measure, such as another language or unsupported formats, that is said beforehand, not in the report.
-
The analysis runs locally
On your machine or in front of whoever looks after your systems. Nothing is uploaded, no API keys are used and the process never opens a single network connection.
-
The report is written
With the figures that come out of the analysis and no others. Every section carries its parameters and caveats inside it, not in a footnote.
-
We go through it together
I tell you which findings genuinely block what you want to build and which are statistical noise. If nothing in the sample is worth fixing, that is also a valid conclusion and I give it to you as it is.
What you prepare
Very little, and none of it requires touching your systems.
A sample of up to 1,000 pages
In Spanish. It is the size at which the report says something and the analysis still fits in a 24-48 hours turnaround.
.pdf, .docx and .txt formats
If your archive has anything else, it is flagged in step 2 and left out of the written scope.
Someone who knows the archive
For the final review. Without someone who knows what each folder is, some findings can't be interpreted.
What you receive
The report
In Spanish, with the five metrics, their methodology and their scope. Written so that whoever decides can read it, not only whoever administers the systems.
The raw data
The file with the measurements behind every figure in the report, so any of them can be redone without taking my word for it.
Both files stay on your machine. They are not hosted on any server of mine or of a third party.
