Implementation programme: your firm's AI chosen, configured and in use

For law firms, advisory firms and gestorías with 15 to 150 professionals. We choose the tool with you, configure it, write the usage policy and deliver role-based training. At the end you have the tool working and the record of what was done. Delivered in Spanish, for firms in Spain and Latin America.

The gap it fills

Many legal AI tools are sold per seat, with a minimum number of licences and an annual contract, and they arrive with a sales demo, not with someone who adapts them to your work. General-purpose tools take five minutes to sign up for and get used unconfigured: each person with their own account, their own rules and their own data.

Between the two sits the mid-sized firm: it has the budget for a good tool, but nobody to choose it, set it up properly and teach people to use it. That is the work of this programme.

What it includes

Four pieces. Each is delivered in writing and stays with the firm.

1. Choosing the tool

We compare two or three options on the market (general-purpose tools on a business plan and specialised legal ones) against your real tasks, your volume and your budget. You receive the comparison and the recommendation, with the reasons behind it.

2. Configuring it

Accounts and permissions by role, a plan under which the provider does not use your data to train its models (checked against its terms), and a check that it offers a data processing agreement. The legal review of that agreement is done by your lawyer or your data protection officer.

3. The usage policy

A short, concrete document: which tool is the official one, what can and cannot be uploaded, who reviews what the AI produces before it leaves the firm and what happens when something goes wrong.

4. Role-based training and the record

Role-based training on the tool as configured and on your own cases, and the record of the measures taken under Article 4 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689: syllabus, attendance, assessment and versions.

How it runs

  1. Diagnostic

The free 20-minute questionnaire and a 30-minute call: who uses what, for which task and at what risk.

  2. Choice

The comparison of options and the recommendation. You decide; you buy the licences directly from the provider.

  3. Configuration and policy

The tool set up for your firm and the usage policy approved by management.

  4. Training and handover

The learning paths by role and, at the close, the record of the measures taken.

Price and what comes next

The programme sits at €4,000-8,000, depending on the number of distinct roles, the size of the team and the tools to be configured. The exact figure comes out of the diagnostic. Tool licences are not included: the firm pays them to its provider.

It is signed together with the annual service (€390/month for 12 months, then month to month), which keeps the tool, the policy, the training of new joiners and the record up to date.

We take no commission from any tool provider. If that ever changed, the proposal would say so, with the amount, before you choose.

What it does not include

A custom assistant over your archive

Connecting AI to your documents is another project with another number: €9,000-12,000. Before that, the document analysis measures whether the archive is ready.

Legal advice

Choosing and configuring a tool is not advising on data protection or regulatory compliance. When the question is a legal one, the answer belongs to a lawyer.

Where do we start?

With the free diagnostic. If the programme makes no sense for your firm, I will tell you that too.
