The three prices, published
Publishing them is consistent with everything else on this site. If I tell you that you won't find a figure here that I haven't measured, the least I can do is not make you book a call to learn what it costs. All prices are in euros.
The scan
€950per scanUp to 1,000 pages in Spanish. Report and raw data in 24-48 hours.
The setup
from €6,500from €5,550 net after deducting the scanBase covers up to 5,000 pages, in 4-6 weeks. The exact figure comes from five factors that your own scan measures.
The monitoring
€350/monthno lock-inUp to 500 new pages a month. Requires a delivered setup.
Why the scan has a fixed price and the setup says "from"
Because they are two different things. The scan is always the same job: a bounded
sample, five metrics, one report. The setup depends on what the scan
finds, and five thousand pages of tidy .docx files are not five
thousand pages of scans in forty formats.
A single price for the setup punishes whoever brings a clean archive and gives away work to whoever brings a bad one. The usual practice in the sector is the opposite and worse: when the provider doesn't know the state of the sources, they add a 30 to 50% cushion to the quote, and the client pays for that cushion.
That cushion isn't needed here, and that is the whole idea. The five factors that move the setup price are five metrics the scan has already measured. The quote comes from your figures, not from my estimate, which is why the scan is deducted instead of charged twice.
The scan is never paid for twice
If the scan shows there is work to do, its fee is deducted from the setup:
| Scan | €950 |
|---|---|
| Setup | €6,500 − €950 = €5,550 |
| Monitoring, twelve months | €350 × 12 = €4,200 |
And if the scan shows the archive is healthy, that's the end of it: there is no second step to propose.

Building the AI assistant
It is another project and carries another number: €9,000-12,000. The setup quote is not stretched to fit it in; the different number is stated.

Where these numbers come from, and why they could be wrong
It goes here because you need it to negotiate, and hiding it would be inconsistent with the rest of the site.
They come from a price study of supply, not demand: what other providers publish, compared against documented quotes for similar projects. None of these figures comes from a transaction I have closed, because there are none yet.
The likely bias is downward, since whoever publishes prices tends to be the cheap end, so if anything is off, expect the prices to be low, not high. They will be reviewed against the first real proposals, and when they change, they will change here.
