How we work
The unit of work is not the tool but the role: Article 4 asks for measures that take into account the role and the context of use, and that is what is designed, delivered and documented. Five steps, from the diagnostic to the record. The training is delivered in Spanish, for firms in Spain and Latin America.
Five steps
From scattered use of AI to the record: today each person uses whichever tool they want, for whatever they want; real use is organised by role and by risk, and each profile receives the training that corresponds to it; at the end there is a documented record of who was trained, on what, when and with what result.
-
Role diagnostic
A map of the real use of AI in your organisation: who uses which tool, for which task, with what level of risk and with what prior training. Without this map, any training is a gamble.
-
Curriculum design by role
With the map in front of us, the learning paths are defined: what each profile needs to know (litigation, tax, employment, administration, management) and in how much depth, according to the risk of its tasks.
-
Production on your cases
The materials are built on the documents, the tools and the policies of your firm, not on textbook examples. All material goes through human review before it reaches a learner.
-
Training and assessment
Sessions by learning path, with assessment proportionate to the risk of each role. The assessment is not a formality: it is the evidence that the measures were taken, and it is designed with that in mind.
-
Record of the measures taken
At the end, you receive the complete record: syllabus, attendance register, assessment results and the version of each piece of content. Who was trained, on what, when and with what result.
What a programme contains
Role diagnostic
- Duration
- 1 to 2 weeks
- For whom
- Management; the whole workforce takes part through the questionnaire
- What it delivers
- A map of AI use by role and risk, and a sized training plan. It is included in the programme; before you hire it, the 20-minute AI use questionnaire is free.
General literacy foundation
- Duration
- About 20 hours per person
- For whom
- The whole workforce
- What it delivers
- What generative AI is and isn't, why it invents with confidence, how an output is checked and what the rule requires. With assessment and record.
Learning paths by role
- Duration
- Between 30 and 40 hours per learning path
- For whom
- Each professional profile: litigation, tax, employment, administration…
- What it delivers
- Training on the real cases and tools of that role, with practical workshops and assessment proportionate to the risk of its tasks. It is the heart of the programme.
Governance and the AI Act
- Duration
- About 20 hours
- For whom
- Partners, management, compliance officers, DPO
- What it delivers
- The applicable regulatory framework, starting with Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the AI Act), the criteria for human oversight, the internal use policy and the allocation of responsibilities to named people.
Record of the measures taken
- What it is
- It is not a programme: it is the documentary artefact that accompanies all of them. Syllabus, attendance, assessments and versions, ready to show if someone asks.
The range, published
A full team programme (role diagnostic, general foundation, role learning paths, governance and record) falls within €4,000-8,000. Within that range, three things move the price:
- The number of distinct role learning paths your organisation chart requires.
- The size of the workforce that is trained and assessed.
- The depth of the assessment, which grows with the risk of the tasks.
The role diagnostic is included in the programme; the 20-minute AI use questionnaire you start with is free. I publish the range because asking for a quote shouldn't be an act of faith; the exact figure comes out of that diagnostic, not out of a sales call.
After the programme, ongoing training keeps the record up to date for €190/month, with no lock-in.
What is not included
Saying what we don't do is part of the method:
- Legal advice. We train on the regulatory framework; we don't interpret it for your specific case. That is what your lawyer or your DPO is for.
- Official accreditation. There is no official Article 4 accreditation and no one can issue one; our completion records are our own, and every document says so.
- Tool implementation. We don't sell or configure AI software. We train on the tools your team already uses or is going to use.
- Processing FUNDAE subsidies (Spain's state-funded training credits). We do not act as the organising entity; if your advisers handle the subsidy, we hand over the programme documentation they need.
